A Semiconductor laser diode has many advantages over other types of
lasers. It has been used for a wide range of applications. We enforce the
Quality Sorting program to select the most suitable laser diode with
characteristics and compatibility for any special request. Moreover, our
laser modules can be implanted into various ranges of wavelength and
output power.
Optics is one of the major components in laser module design for
different criteria of beam quality. Our 3-element glass lens is able to
provide higher optical output power with higher working temperature. In
addition, the circular collimating lens can correct the oval shape to a
circular beam spot. Finally, our plastic collimating lens can be used to
generate higher power. For this special plastic collimating lens, we
provide an Anti-Reflecting coating and one without A/R coating. Both
circular and plastic collimating lens are aspheric lens with PMMA
material, manufactured with the best quality.
The design of the driver circuit is an achievement of years
research and development in the field of laser industry by Laser Pointer
King. We provide automatic power control, automatic current control,
direct drive circuits. Our product line could also be supported with wide
range of input voltage, short circuit protection, reverse polarity
protection, soft start, external output power adjustment, analog/TTL
modulation and many others to fit specific needs.
