SALES POLICIES
- Texas resident will add 7.75% sales Tax.
- All sales are final. We do not accept returned merchandise except for those with
factory defects which must be determined by our staff;
- No refund will be honored. Customers may exchange the merchandise purchased from
us for good reasons (see our Exchange Policies below).
- Some times, the items are out of stock, we might delay several days to
ship the merchandise.
- The gross weight of package could be varied (best estimate).
- Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change
without notice. We will contact you if pricing or availability effects your order.
PAYMENT POLICIES
- All payments should be made in cash , checks or credit cards.
- We use UPS ground service, and other common carriers. We attempt to minimize
your freight cost. .
- UPS will not ship to P.O., APO and FPO Boxes. Other alternate way will use
US Post mail.
EXCHANGE POLICIES
- All returned merchandise must be completed within 15 days after the purchase
.
No exchange will be processed without original invoice.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without original packaging materials.
